Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. This may include opened personal-care, beauty, hygiene, or other products where resale is not possible.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may also not qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered due to our error, NewTrandz may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other return requests, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Important Note

Products must be returned in their original condition, where applicable, with original packaging and accessories.
